A : Definitely not. As a matter of fact a healer draws cosmic energy from universe and allows the energy to transverse through his Aura and Chakras`. Thus his whole body gets filled with divine healing energy during healing.
As he keeps his hands on the patient’s chakras the excess energy gets channelised, which reaches the root cause of the disease. In fact by healing more patients healers gets more divine energy. |

A : In Reiki, there is no specification. The whole body is considered as a single unit, since malfunctioning of one chakra results in malfunctioning of other chakras and endocrine organs. All the major chakras are cleansed and energized. Thus block for the flow of energy is removed and balancing of chakras restores health. The entire body is healed. |

A : Reiki functions at energy level and if you are already under medication for Diabetes, Asthma, BP, migraine, gastric ulcer etc., you can combine Reiki with modern medicine or any other system. Gradually, you can withdraw the medicine or continue to take both medicine & Reiki. The latter would prevent side effects or cumulative effects of the medicine. If you are taking only pain killers, the same can be discontinued. |
